Called ahead for appointment. Was told to arrive in 20 mins. My son and I arrived on time and I told them we called ahead. The stylist took another customer first and he did not have an appointment. I had young children with me and I am 8 months pregnant. Not right to make someone wait half an hour when they called ahead. We will not return.
